In an ABT classroom you learn Colorado's responsible vendor rules face to face with an instructor who wrote and enforced them, work through real situations with the room, and ask questions the moment they come up. Standard self-paced online courses are not recognized in Colorado, so every ABT class is taught live, and the classroom is where it started.

Every ABT course runs in the classroom. Pick the one that matches your license, then find an in-person date.

What to expect
A classroom class from start to certificate.
  • Register for a date
    Pick an in-person class on the schedule and reserve your seat.
  • Come to class
    Join the instructor in the classroom for about two and a half to three hours of live training. Questions are welcome the whole way through.
  • Take the exam in the room
    Sit the certification exam right after class. You need 70 percent to pass, and a fail comes with one retake on the spot.
  • Walk out certified
    Pass and your certificate is issued the same day. Download it, keep it in your account, and it stays valid for two years.
