FMC® Food Managers Certification provides food service managers and other professionals with access to an ANAB-CFP accredited Certified Food Protection Manager examination.
Participants may select food manager training, the certification examination, or a combined training-and-exam package. Certification examinations are available through approved proctoring options, including participating test centers, remote proctoring, and qualified on-site EduProctors®.
